Rental Rates stated above are per week for the villa and not per person and are exclusive of florida sales tax of 13%.
Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. A Deposit of $200 / £200 with a completed booking form is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable. Balance + $200 US / £100 GBP returnable security deposit due 2 months before arrival. Optional Pool heat is $105 US / £70 GBP per week to be requested in advance. Optional Spa heat is $60 US or £35 GBP per week to be requested in advance. Combined Pool and Spa heat is $160 US or £100 GBP Per week to be requested in advance. We accept all major credit cards (a 3.5% service fee will be charged). We do not accept bookings of less than 5 days. Bookings of 5-7 days incur an additional cleaning charge. |
